Happy 2015 Team Champions and Best Wishes for a Healthy and Happy 2015 filled with many blessings! 

2014 was here and now gone….I hope it was a special year for each of you filled with many great memories. 2014 was a smashing year for Champions School of Real Estate – Statewide….thank you to our team of incredible career counselors, managers, instructors, online gurus, designers, social media expert, HR Leader, our ACE Accountant, curriculum developers and our Founder and CEO – Rita!

We have a lot of exciting plans for Champions School of Real Estate in 2015 and you, our amazing students, teachers and staff, are going to love all the developments we have coming up! Our new Winter/Spring 2015 Catalog is live on our website; I encourage you to download our new catalog and become familiar with everything.

From the get go, there are a few new things for you to take a look at:

I. New Year = New Designations!
 The Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation.  This is a 2 – Day designation that will educate Realtors on how to increase listings and grow their business.  Our students will also learn how to demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients – and much more!
- The Power Negotiator’s Playbook.  BRAND NEW NAR® Designation.   This is a 1- Day designation that will help negotiators elevate their game.  This course examines all types of negotiation formats and methods.  This designation will be taught statewide by Henry Santamaria – our Negotiation Expert Instructor.

II. Champions School of Business Etiquette
Champions School of Business Etiquette 2-Day course is now available in both the classroom and ONLINE delivery! This course can be taken by anyone and is not just for Realtors.    Anyone outside of the Real Estate Community can take this 2-Day course.
** This course can be added to any of our Real Estate, Loan, Appraisal, or Inspector Pre-Licensing Packages for only $100.
The student graduate will receive a certificate of completion and a personalized letter of completion that lists what the student learned for their portfolio.

III. Keynote Delivery to the Real Estate Community
- This past December we offered our first Keynote Delivery to the Real Estate community and for MCE Credit – and we are coming back with more in 2015!  We have committed 2 days for our 2015 Keynote Delivery:  November 3rd – Dallas and November 10th – Houston – Mark Your Calendars!!!

IV. NEW 3- hour MCE “Bagels and Coffee”
Title: Renovation Lending – How to Sell the Handyman Special
Instructor: Thom Hulme, DFW Mortgage Instructor Liaison
Cost: $20 and includes Bagels and Coffee
Dates:  April 17 – Dallas, May 5 – Houston North, May 6 – Austin, May 7 – Austin
Course Description:  Overview of Rehab Loans and Benefits to Buyers and Sellers, Required Improvements, Eligible Improvements, The Consultant Report, Available Loan Programs, Marketing properties in need of Rehab, and much more.

V. NEW 6-hour MCE Class – A Realtors® Guide to Business Etiquette
The course is going to be tested in our Dallas Region and offered as a full 15-hour format.  Day/1 will cover MCE Ethics, Legal and Hot Technology Tips and Day/2 will finish with the 6-hour Realtors® Guide to Business Etiquette.
Cost – $99 for full 15 hours
Course Description:  Understanding the Importance of Cultural Mannerisms, Different communication styles, Body Language, Communication Etiquette (Email, Written, Social Media and Phone) and Powerful First Impressions.
